Bubble Braids can last many months if appropriately cared for. They can be used as a hair adornment over and over, so long as care is taken when placing in, and removing from, the head.

When not in use store away from direct heat in an upright, hanging, position. Avoid contact with zippers, Velcro, sharp objects etc.

Please note, that as with all rubber bands, eventually, those used in the making of the item, may snap. Longevity improves when stored in cooler environments.

IF ORDERED WITH EMBELLISHMENTS ITEM MAY BE A CHOKING HAZARD DUE TO SMALL OBJECTS.

Refunds are only available prior to your order being marked as fulfilled. After which only an Exchange can be made, according to the terms below.

Exchange requests can be made if the item is un-used, in its original state and packaging, and if the braids are unwearable due to the breaking of the bands used to make the item. 

Exchanges will not be provided for change of mind, incorrectly ordered colours/embellishment options etc., or any other reason except as stated above.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging for postage, we are not liable for damage incurred due to poor handling by third parties e.g. embellishments are broken or have fallen off, the hair is flattened or crinkled/crushed.

All requests for exchange must be made by emailing bling@youngatheartfp.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. No exchanges requests will be approved after this timeframe.

Return postage is at the customers expense. It is recommended to send with tracking. Should you choose to send without tracking, and postage issues arise e.g.: the item going missing en-route, your item may still be replaced, at our discretion.

Domestic postage costs are calculated at checkout, and are subject to change. This may be due to the type of order made, e.g.: for custom orders, orders with embellishments that have quantity / weight changes.

International orders are calculated manually after receipt of your order.

In the event your domestic postage fee increases, or you are an international customer, you will be contacted prior to fulfilment of your order to confirm the additional details.

All orders are sent with tracking, and in appropriate packaging. We make every attempt to ensure your package makes it to you safely and in its original condition, but are not liable for any damage that occurs within transit.
