Service Description
This will be a custom booking, with a minimum of 2hrs required. Choose from individual services, or a combination. Prices and duration are indicative only and will be adjusted after receiving your booking information. Depending on Location a travel fee may apply. This will be calculated separately and added to your booking prior to confirmation. We will contact you within 3 - 5 business days to confirm the details of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
CHILDREN’S PARTIES Cancellations are required with a minimum of 7 business days notice, prior to the day of service. If you cancel with more than 7 business days' notice but less than 14 business days, you may, at our discretion, incur a cancellation fee. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled with less than 7 business days notice. You may, at our discretion, reschedule once only and your booking credit will be transferred accordingly. There will be no refund for the cancellation of the rescheduled booking. For bookings during peak times (school holidays, Easter, December etc) an additional 7 business days notice is required above the standard policy requirement.
