Your booking will be amended once confirmed, and will reflect the information you provided regarding numbers, location and timing. Payment will be by Invoice.
Cancellation Policy
EVENT BOOKINGS Cancellations are required with a minimum of 14 business days notice, prior to the day of service. If you cancel with more than 14 business days' notice but less than 21 business days, you may, at our discretion, incur a cancellation fee. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled with less than 14 business days notice. You may, at our discretion, reschedule once only and your booking credit will be transferred accordingly. There will be no refund for the cancellation of the rescheduled booking. For bookings during peak times (school holidays, Easter, December etc) an additional 7 business days notice is required above the standard policy requirement.
