Service Description
This will be a custom booking that may require more detailed information, prices are indicative only, and will be amended accordingly. You can choose either a single service or a Party Package with your choice of combinations. Number limits will apply and are indicated next to the service type e.g.: max 40 = up to 40 children for this service booking. Depending on Location, a travel fee may apply. This is calculated separately, and applied after checkout. Please note: the 5hr timeframe is a guideline only and will be adjusted for each individual booking.
Cancellation Policy
CHILDREN’S PARTIES Cancellations are required with a minimum of 7 business days notice, prior to the day of service. If you cancel with more than 7 business days' notice but less than 14 business days, you may, at our discretion, incur a cancellation fee. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled with less than 7 business days notice. You may, at our discretion, reschedule once only and your booking credit will be transferred accordingly. There will be no refund for the cancellation of the rescheduled booking. For bookings during peak times (school holidays, Easter, December etc) an additional 7 business days notice is required above the standard policy requirement.
