Terms and Conditions

  • All Gift Cards are e-Gift only, and will be emailed to you upon completion of purchase. No physical card will be issued.

  • Gift Cards can be used for all types of Party Bookings.

  • Gift Cards are not re-loadable, or redeemable for physical cash money. 

  • Gift Cards are single use only. If the full balance is not used, the remaining amount will be forfeit and cannot be refunded or 'cashed out'. 

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable & non-transferrable and are valid for 3 years. [At the discretion of Young@Heart Face Painting, they may be accepted to pay for a Booking in someone else's name. In this instance you must Contact Young@Heart Face Painting by email PRIOR to booking your Party.]

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to pay the Deposit (if applicable), or the Cancellation / No Show Fee (if applicable).

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other items e.g., Bling 'N' Things

  • If your Gift Card is lost, please contact Young@Heart Face Painting to discuss your options, no less than 14 days prior to the expiration date.
